Job Description: Finance & Accounting Manager

Role Overview

Manage overall financial operations, cash flow, tax compliance, and financial reporting for EMP's wine and beverage distribution business.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Tax Compliance: Manage Cambodian monthly and annual tax filings (GDT compliance, VAT, TOI, WHT).
• Inventory & Costing: Oversee COGS, product margin analysis, stock reconciliation, and inventory controls.
• Cash Flow & Budgeting: Direct daily cash flow, payables/receivables, and annual budget planning.
• Team Leadership: Supervise finance staff and maintain accounting/ERP software systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA/CPA (pursuing or completed).
• 3–5+ years of experience in accounting/finance (retail, FMCG, or F&B background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax regulations and local accounting standards.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
• Professional proficiency in Khmer and English.
