Job Description: Finance & Accounting Supervisor

Position Type: Full-time

Role Overview

Supervise daily accounting operations, assist with tax filings, oversee inventory control, and support accurate financial reporting for EMP.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Operations: Review daily transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and ledger reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
• Tax Compliance: Support monthly Cambodian tax declarations (GDT) and audit preparation.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory transactions, cost allocation, and stock counts.
• Team Supervision: Guide junior accountants and ensure proper internal control compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance (FMCG, retail, or beverage industry preferred).
• Solid understanding of Cambodian tax laws and standard accounting software.
• Good command of Khmer and English.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
