Repeat Gym is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our gym operations and help grow our fitness community. If you are passionate about leadership, fitness, and delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Position: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the gym branch
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the team
• Ensure excellent service and member satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and achieve targets
• Maintain facility standards, cleanliness, and equipment
• Report branch performance to management

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Experience in management or fitness industry is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage operations and team performance
• Customer-service oriented and result-driven
