This is an opportunity to be part of the core customer & growth team as an Account Manager at Privyr, working closely with the Business Development and Marketing to increase adoption and engagement within the Real Estate industry in Singapore (and beyond)!
What You’ll Do
The Account Manager for Real Estate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with real estate users & customers in Singapore, including individual agents, teams, divisions, agencies, developers, partners, and the wider real estate ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry and sales process, excellent communication and organisation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Relationship Management & Support
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, serving as the first point of contact for the real estate industry in Singapore.
Respond to requests for support, training, onboarding of property content, product enhancements, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with property agencies and project teams to identify, create, and onboard property content to be shared across teams, divisions, and agencies.
Market Expertise & Strategy
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the real estate sales industry in Singapore, including key agencies, leaders, divisions, influencers, platforms, and new launch projects.
Schedule regular training programs and provide ongoing support to ensure users have a comprehensive understanding of the Privyr platform.
Collaborate with our product team, sharing user feedback to drive enhancements and new features.
Sales and Business Development
Drive sales with a hunter mentality, actively seeking and converting new business opportunities across individual agents, teams, and divisions within all major real estate agencies in Singapore.
Be resourceful and adaptable in your sales approach, including proactively engaging in door-to-door and face-to-face sales efforts to generate leads and close deals.
Identify and develop new partnerships to significantly grow the usage and adoption of Privyr within the Singapore real estate industry and beyond.
Requirements:
A hungry and passionate self-starter with a keen interest in sales and real estate technology.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage dozens of concurrent projects.
Tech-savvy, with a knack for giving product demos and explaining features to non-technical audiences.
At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales or account management.
Must be a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, or already authorized to work in Singapore.
Bonus Points:
Deep industry knowledge: You're familiar with the Singapore real estate industry, possibly from working at an agency or a property portal.
Training & Persuasion Skills: You can lead engaging training sessions on sales techniques and product demos.
SaaS Experience: You have a background in a customer-facing role at a B2B/B2C SaaS company.
Resilience: You're not afraid of a challenge and are willing to take on any task to get the job done.
