Team Leader (Logistics/Warehouse) – Euro Pizza Products

Hours: 40 per week

Salary: €3,500–€4,000 gross per month + weekend bonuses

About Euro Pizza Products

Euro Pizza Products is a food logistics company based in Amstelveen. They supply products to New York Pizza restaurants across the Netherlands. The operation runs on precision, structure and tight compliance with BRC and HACCP standards. The warehouse runs around the clock across rotating shifts — and they need a Team Leader who can hold it all together.

What will you be doing?

As Team Leader, you are the operational backbone of the warehouse. You manage external workers, coordinate daily planning, and oversee all warehouse processes: incoming goods, order picking, loading and unloading. You monitor order status, control inventory and ensure full compliance with BRC, HACCP and safety regulations at all times.

Beyond the process, you lead people. You onboard new staff, conduct performance evaluations and coach your team to keep standards high. You work rotating shifts — 3 weeks of day shifts (starting between 07:00–09:00) and 1 week of night shifts (starting at 22:00), Monday to Friday plus Sundays.

• Weekend bonuses: Saturday 130%/150%, Sunday & holidays 150%

What do we ask of you?

• Experience as a Team Leader in logistics or warehousing
• English at C level
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• CV in English required
• Own accommodation in or near the Netherlands

• Experience managing external or agency workers
