Job Description:
As a cost estimator at Van Camper, you will work closely with an experienced colleague in the project management office. Sharing knowledge, teamwork, and maintaining a positive atmosphere are essential for us to achieve the best results. Our team supports each other, goes the extra mile, and ensures a pleasant working environment.

What will you do?

• Determine quantities for cost estimation and budgeting.
• Request quotes from various subcontractors and suppliers.
• Evaluate received quotes.
• Convert tender budgets into working budgets.

Types of Projects:
You will work on cost calculations for various construction projects, including residential housing, apartment complexes, and single-family homes. These may involve prefabricated concrete, sand-lime brick, and timber frame construction.

What do you bring?

• Preferably a fresh graduate of a construction-related education at MBO or HBO level, OR a candidate with experience as a cost estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• A clear choice for the role of cost estimator.
• Proficiency in the Dutch language.
