What will you do?

As a Handyman / Technical Cleaning Employee, your role combines facility cleaning with basic technical maintenance across Anthura's greenhouse complex. You work in a warm, humid greenhouse environment and take on a variety of tasks every day — from cleaning glass surfaces and general facility areas to using tools, maintaining equipment and working at height when needed.

You'll be responsible for keeping the greenhouse, canteen, changing rooms, kitchen and workstations clean and in order, while also carrying out practical maintenance tasks such as cleaning carts with a water hose, stacking flower pots and performing basic repairs or upkeep using manual and electric tools.

What do we ask of you?

• Valid VCA certificate (mandatory)
• English at minimum A2 level
• Experience with tools and manual/technical work
• Physically fit, motivated and reliable
• Comfortable working in warm and humid greenhouse conditions

Nice to have:

• Experience in horticulture, greenhouse or industrial environment
• Comfortable working at height (ladders)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
