Area Manager – Fashion Retail

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple stores within our growing fashion retail portfolio. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who is passionate about retail, people development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance and profitability across a portfolio of stores
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and visual merchandising
• Analyse sales data and implement strategies to improve performance
• Oversee stock management, shrinkage control, and operational excellence
• Build a high-performance, customer-focused culture
• Support new store openings and business expansion initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Area Manager / Regional Manager in fashion retail
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercially astute with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to travel regularly between stores
• Passion for fashion and retail trends
