About the Role
Lead high-value capital projects at Incitec Pivots Phosphate Hill site, managing an approximate $38M FY26 CapEx portfolio. Youll take projects from initial concept through to successful commissioning, including major works such as boiler replacement, civil/mechanical upgrades from concrete to steel sump, and various small to break-in projects. This contract role is expected to run for 12+ months.
What You'll Do

Manage all phases of project delivery, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and HSE compliance

Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and engage key stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met

Oversee risk management, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance

Monitor and report on project costs, timelines, and progress to stakeholders

Proven experience delivering capital projects in mining or heavy industry environments

Strong skills in managing contractors and stakeholder relationships

Solid mechanical project knowledge relevant to industrial capital works
