About the Role

Lead high-value capital projects at Incitec Pivots Phosphate Hill site, managing an approximate $38M FY26 CapEx portfolio. Youll take projects from initial concept through to successful commissioning, including major works such as boiler replacement, civil/mechanical upgrades from concrete to steel sump, and various small to break-in projects. This contract role is expected to run for 12+ months.

What You'll Do

• Manage all phases of project delivery, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and HSE compliance

• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and engage key stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met

• Oversee risk management, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance

• Monitor and report on project costs, timelines, and progress to stakeholders

• Proven experience delivering capital projects in mining or heavy industry environments

• Strong skills in managing contractors and stakeholder relationships

• Solid mechanical project knowledge relevant to industrial capital works

• A safety-first approach with a commitment to compliance and risk mitigation
