About the job PPC Manager - REMOTE
As PPC Manager, you will collaborate on and execute performance-driven marketing strategies designed to maximise direct bookings for hospitality clients.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing and optimising SEM accounts across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, display networks and metasearch platforms

Working within hotel metasearch platforms (no prior experience required – training provided)

Monitoring and improving campaign performance across PPC, commission and CPM models
-
Maintaining and optimising keyword lists, bids and account structures within monthly budgets
-
Maximising impression share and achieving strong ROAS across all accounts
-
Preparing detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations
-
Collaborating directly with clients to review performance, share strategic insights and drive revenue growth

Working alongside SEO, design and landing page teams to optimise creative assets and campaign performance
-
Staying up to date with industry trends and sharing best practices internally and externally

Supporting the executive team with additional projects as required

Experience & Desirable Skills

1–5 years experience in SEM (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads)

Experience within the travel or hospitality sector highly advantageous

Strong follow-up and time management skills

Google Analytics 4 experience beneficial (not essential)
