Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end RF optimization for GSM/UMTS/LTE (VoLTE) networks, ensuring quality and performance targets are achieved.
- Analyze network KPIs to identify degradation trends and define corrective action plans.
- Conduct drive test analysis, parameter audits, and feature optimization to improve network efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for event assurance and rapid resolution of performance issues.
- Utilize tools such as BO/BI, MO Shell, and ENM for parameter checks, data extraction, and reporting.
- Optimize Ericsson network parameters and validate changes through performance trend analysis.
- Maintain strong documentation of optimization activities, reports, and performance dashboards.
- Provide expert insights on Ericsson KPIs formula, network features, and configuration impacts.
- Support new feature trials and post-launch optimization to ensure successful rollout and performance stability.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in RF Optimization for GSM/UMTS/LTE (VoLTE) networks.
- Excellent understanding of Ericsson RAN technologies and tools.
- Proficiency in Ericsson ENM, BO/BI reporting, and MO Shell.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for KPI-based performance optimization.
- Experience in event assurance and service quality improvement.
- Solid understanding of network features, parameters, and KPI formulations.
- Ability to work independently and handle complex optimization challenges.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with 5G NR optimization (optional but desirable).
- Familiarity with network planning and post-processing tools such as TEMS, Atoll, or MapInfo.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with multi-vendor or cross-functional teams.
