Job Overview:
We are hiring an Admin / HR Executive for our client, Manufacturing industry, based in Sunder Industrial Estate, Lahore. The role involves managing daily office administration and supporting HR functions including employee records, recruitment coordination, and general office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administration and operational activities
- Handle office supplies, utilities, and company assets
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and service providers
- Maintain office discipline and facility management
- Arrange meetings, travel, and official correspondence
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
- Support recruitment, screening coordination, and onboarding process
- Prepare administrative and HR reports for management
- Assist in overall HR and administrative functions as required.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, HR, or related field
- HR / Administration (Preferred)
- 3–5 years in Administration & HR roles
- Manufacturing / Industrial / Corporate environment preferred
- Office management, HR coordination, record keeping
