Primary Responsibilities

Secondary Responsibilities

  1. Support customers with technical queries related to IT products such as routers, switches, servers, etc.

  2. Assist in product recommendations based on customer requirements.

  3. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Technical) for smooth issue resolution.

  4. Maintain accurate chat logs and customer records for future reference.

  5. Support client dealing on chat and maintain client satisfaction.
