Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Multi Unit Manager to oversee operations across multiple outlets within a leading international coffee chain. The role is responsible for driving sales performance, implementing operational standards and SOPs, ensuring consistent customer experience, and developing high-performing store teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in coffee shops or quick service restaurant (QSR) environments and a proven ability to manage multi-site operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets across designated outlets.

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple stores to ensure smooth functioning and brand consistency.

Implement and monitor operational standards and SOPs across all assigned outlets.

Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Provide structured training to store managers and teams on SOPs, customer service, and operational excellence.

Maintain accurate records of sales performance, SOP implementation status, and training activities.

Analyze sales data, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.

Lead, mentor, and manage store teams to enhance productivity and employee engagement.

Ensure high standards of customer service and brand experience across all outlets.
Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's/Master's Degree required
- Minimum 5 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in coffee shops or quick service restaurants (QSR).

Proven experience in multi-store management, SOP implementation, and team training.

Strong leadership, analytical, and performance management skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
