Job Summary:
We are seeking a CEM Engineer to enhance network performance and customer experience across mobile communication networks. The ideal candidate will have experience in CS/PS core network delivery, testing, and service quality optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

Support CS/PS core network product delivery, testing, and performance analysis.

Monitor and optimize customer experience KPIs.

Work with Linux OS, SQL, and CEM tools for network analytics.

Perform basic configurations on Ethernet switches and IP Datacom equipment.
Develop shell scripts to automate tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors/Masters in Telecommunication or related field (Min CGPA 2.7).

Strong knowledge of mobile networks, Linux, and SQL.

Good understanding of Ethernet/IP Datacom.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.
