Job Summary:

We are seeking a CEM Engineer to enhance network performance and customer experience across mobile communication networks. The ideal candidate will have experience in CS/PS core network delivery, testing, and service quality optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support CS/PS core network product delivery, testing, and performance analysis.

  • Monitor and optimize customer experience KPIs.

  • Work with Linux OS, SQL, and CEM tools for network analytics.

  • Perform basic configurations on Ethernet switches and IP Datacom equipment.

  • Develop shell scripts to automate tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Telecommunication or related field (Min CGPA 2.7).

  • Strong knowledge of mobile networks, Linux, and SQL.

  • Good understanding of Ethernet/IP Datacom.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
