Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta.
- Design engaging visuals and write captions that align with the brand's tone.
- Coordinate founder-branding posts, PR content, and creative storytelling.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Work with CubeZix for website maintenance, hosting, and technical updates.
- Collaborate with ActLocal (SEO partner) for SEO-driven content optimisation and reporting alignment.
- Coordinate with the Sales Agency to align digital content with ongoing campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta.
- Ensure deadlines, briefs, and quality standards are met across all vendors.
- Track engagement, impressions, and growth across platforms.
- Share monthly performance reports and recommendations.
- Maintain consistency between organic and paid campaign data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or content management (preferably B2B).
- Proficient in Canva/Adobe tools, and familiar with LinkedIn + Meta tools.
- Strong coordination, communication, and time management skills.
- Excellent written English and creative copywriting ability.
