Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta.
  • Design engaging visuals and write captions that align with the brand's tone.
  • Coordinate founder-branding posts, PR content, and creative storytelling.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Work with CubeZix for website maintenance, hosting, and technical updates.
  • Collaborate with ActLocal (SEO partner) for SEO-driven content optimisation and reporting alignment.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Agency to align digital content with ongoing campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Ensure deadlines, briefs, and quality standards are met across all vendors.
  • Track engagement, impressions, and growth across platforms.
  • Share monthly performance reports and recommendations.
  • Maintain consistency between organic and paid campaign data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or content management (preferably B2B).
  • Proficient in Canva/Adobe tools, and familiar with LinkedIn + Meta tools.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written English and creative copywriting ability.
