Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager – HR & Technology Services to lead sales growth for our HR and technology solutions. This role focuses on achieving revenue targets, developing new business, and building strong, long-term client relationships across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective market analysis, competitor insights, and strong product knowledge.
- Identify target markets, analyze demand, and develop sales strategies to drive growth.
- Acquire new business and expand existing client accounts.
- Support client onboarding by coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth solution adoption.
- Gather and share structured client feedback to improve products and customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure full solution utilization.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR consultancy, HR tech, or related industries in the UAE.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license.
