Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to lead and execute trade strategies across Pakistan and Afghanistan. . This role requires deep market understanding, strong coordination skills, and hands-on experience with Afghanistans distribution landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage annual trade marketing strategy and budget for Pakistan & Afghanistan.

  • Lead all BTL/on-ground activations in Pakistan: dealer conventions, POSM, retail branding, influencer activities.

  • Build and manage distributor/channel partner relationships in Afghanistan; execute local activations as per market needs.

  • Act as the bridge between Sales & Marketing to support sales teams with tools, training, and trade programs.

  • Oversee complete POSM lifecycle: design, production, vendor negotiation, deployment, and performance tracking.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to recommend trade initiatives.

  • Ensure consistent brand visibility across retail/wholesale channels and conduct regular market visits.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BBA/MBA (Marketing).

  • 710 years of Trade/Channel/BTL Marketing experience.

  • Must have B2B experience (Building Materials, Paints, FMCG, Durable Goods).

  • Mandatory 23 years of hands-on experience managing Afghanistan market (distributors + activations).

  • Strong vendor negotiation, budgeting, and ROI analysis skills.

  • Pashto/Dari preferred.
