The Manager Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies to strengthen our position in the explosives and industrial products market across Pakistan. The role involves business development, customer relationship management, market research, and corporate branding to drive sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial/B2B marketing, an understanding of mining, construction, and infrastructure sectors, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver measurable business results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth, market expansion, and brand visibility.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, mining, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams on tenders, bids, and project proposal preparations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide pricing, positioning, and product strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, technical, and finance) to ensure seamless customer service and project execution.
  • Create professional marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and digital campaigns to strengthen brand identity.
  • Organise and manage participation in industry exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams on new product launches, technical marketing content, and demand forecasting.
  • Prepare management reports and strategic insights based on market trends, customer feedback, and performance analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Mining Engineer and MBA / Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in industrial, mining, construction, or manufacturing marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Familiarity with tendering processes and industrial sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
