CSO-Contact Center (Inbound Call center)

Salary plus Commission

1.     Candidate must have  1- 2 year experience of call center

2.     Must have good communication skills in English & Urdu

3.     Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

4.     Candidate must have his/her own laptop / Desktop.

5.     should be able to work from home

6.     Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
