Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage international clients across UK, USA, Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia

  • Identify new business opportunities and close sales deals

  • Manage existing customer relationships and distributors

  • Conduct basic market research, competitor analysis, and pricing review

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare periodic reports

  • Handle client communication via email, chat, and online platforms

  • Support digital marketing and lead generation activities including Google Ads

  • Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and support teams

  • Promote company products and maintain brand presence on international platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT hardware or technology sales (international exposure preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware products

  • Experience in handling international clients

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in email communication, CRM, MS Excel, and basic ERP tools

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

  • Strong English communication skills
