Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Lead – Benefits & EOR Services to oversee payroll operations, employee benefits administration, compliance management, invoicing coordination, and client support functions.

The ideal candidate will lead the Benefits & EOR team, ensure operational efficiency, maintain compliance standards, and drive high-quality service delivery while coordinating closely with internal departments and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Operations

  • Lead and supervise the Benefits & EOR operations team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Monitor team performance, task allocation, and service delivery timelines
  • Provide guidance, training, and operational support to team members
  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement initiatives

Payroll & Financial Coordination

  • Oversee payroll coordination, reconciliation, and salary disbursement processes
  • Ensure accurate preparation of payroll-related invoices and financial records
  • Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Compliance teams for smooth operations
  • Monitor billing accuracy and timely client invoicing

HR Operations & Documentation

  • Supervise employee onboarding documentation including contracts, letters, and personnel files
  • Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and HR documentation
  • Manage employee verification requests, pay slips, and employment confirmations

Compliance & Employee Benefits

  • Ensure compliance with EOBI, Social Security, insurance, and labor regulations
  • Oversee insurance registrations, renewals, and cancellations
  • Support statutory reporting and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate internal and external audit requirements

Client Management & Service Delivery

  • Act as the focal point for client escalations and operational coordination
  • Ensure timely resolution of employee and client queries related to payroll, compliance, and benefits
  • Maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare MIS reports and operational updates for management review

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or EOR Services
  • Prior team handling or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll practices, and compliance regulations
  • Experience working with HRIS / Payroll systems
