IP Product Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and support complex network infrastructures across Layer 2/3.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP) and MPLS technologies (L3VPN, L2VPN, TE, QoS).
• Ensure high network availability, performance, and reliability.
• Perform diagnostics, root cause analysis, and planned hardware/software changes.
• Handle router/switch/firewall configurations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Utilise NMS tools for monitoring, SNMP management, and reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve network performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom or service provider network operations.

• Strong knowledge of P, PE, and RR router architectures.

• Hands-on experience with Ethernet, VLANs, WAN links, and routing policies.
• Familiarity with HA, network security, and performance optimisation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
