About the job Unit Head Sales - Central

We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by selling managed IT services and enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience in IT services, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to close complex solution-based deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of IT Managed Services including service desk, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital transformation solutions
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new enterprise and SME clients
  • Build and manage strong relationships with CIOs, IT Heads, and decision makers
  • Understand client IT challenges and propose tailored technology solutions
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for solution design
  • Maintain CRM pipeline and sales forecasting

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • 4+ years of IT services or technology solutions sales experience
  • Strong understanding of managed services, cloud, and enterprise IT
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience selling to enterprise clients preferred
