Senior Technical Service Executive

Job Overview

One of the world largest Paint Manufacturing Company is looking for Senior Technical Service Executive is responsible for providing on-site technical support for protective coating projects, ensuring proper paint application, compliance with specifications, and successful project completion in line with quality and contractual standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clear instructions to clients and relevant staff on proper paint application.
• Work on-site with client representatives to ensure coating specifications are met.
• Ensure application is aligned with customer expectations and technical standards.
• Conduct inspections of assigned projects independently.
• Follow ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) and standard working procedures.
• Verify that products are applied according to approved specifications.
• Compile inspection data and prepare detailed technical reports.
• Document compliance with specification and inspection criteria.
• Lead and attend projects as assigned by the line manager.
• Work independently as a Technical Service Specialist on field assignments.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical).
• Minimum 3+ years of technical experience in protective coatings application.
• Experience in marine or industrial coating sector preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coating specifications and inspection standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to build, maintain, and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
