Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

People Perfect is looking for a Marketing Executive for its hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital content, social media engagement, marketing coordination, and online brand presence to enhance guest experience and strengthen the hotel's brand visibility. Candidates with hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing are encouraged to apply.

• Create, edit, and manage engaging content and marketing materials across digital platforms.
• Develop and manage social media content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Monitor social media pages, websites, and online review platforms while managing customer interactions professionally.
• Coordinate with influencers, vendors, photographers, videographers, agencies, and other marketing partners.
• Support website updates, SEO activities, and digital performance optimization.
• Develop PR activities, media communications, press releases, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Build relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility.
• Plan and execute events, promotional activities, brand activations, and hospitality campaigns.
• Manage event coordination, vendor handling, logistics, and post-event performance reporting.
• Suggest creative marketing ideas and campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

Qualification and Skills:

• BBA/MBA in Marketing Preferred
• 2-3 Years of relevant experience
• Strong written and communication skills
• Must have experience of Social Media Marketing
