Microwave (MW) Planning Engineer - L1

We are hiring for one of our telecom clients, a well-established organisation delivering large-scale transmission networks, seeking an experienced professional to support Microwave Transmission Planning and Optimisation activities.

Job Description

• Hands-on knowledge with transmission planning tools (Pathloss / iRiver)
• Ability to plan, design, and optimise transmission networks, including MW link level planning, radio frequency planning, capacity & topology planning, and interference analysis
• Ability to evaluate the existing network for capacity expansion
• Ability to verify technical site surveys and line-of-sight surveys
• To communicate with customers and to propose a suitable solution based on requirements
• Strong hands-on experience with Telecom Equipment RTN900/300 series and full outdoor equipment

Qualification & Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in Microwave Transmission Planning
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics, and Computer Science.
