We are looking for an experienced GM Plant Maintenance (Mechanical) to lead end-to-end mechanical maintenance operations, ensure equipment reliability, and drive continuous improvement across plant machinery and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead maintenance strategy, planning & SOP implementation
Oversee preventive, predictive & RCM-based maintenance
Ensure OEE, MTBF, MTTR & downtime reduction targets
Manage spare parts inventory, procurement & vendor coordination
Conduct RCA, prepare maintenance reports & lead technical troubleshooting
Collaborate on new plant projects, upgrades & innovation initiatives

Candidate Profile:

Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (Masters preferred)
12+ years of progressively senior experience in mechanical maintenance within reputable manufacturing industries
Strong expertise in RCM, equipment reliability, industrial machinery & plant systems
Proven leadership in managing maintenance teams & cross-functional coordination
Experience working with OEMs, technical procurement & project-based maintenance
