People is looking for CRM Strategist - CleverTap having 5-8 years of experience. 

Key Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with CleverTap
  • Ability to design and manage CRM journeys across app, web, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications
  • Experience in customer segmentation, funnel analysis, retention campaigns, reactivation campaigns, and lifecycle marketing
  • Ability to build campaign flows, user journeys, triggers, cohorts, and automated engagement campaigns
  • Strong understanding of customer data, events, attributes, and behavioral analytics
  • Experience working with product, marketing, data, and tech teams
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • Understanding of CRM KPIs such as retention, churn, engagement, conversions, repeat usage, and LTV

Additional Technical Understanding Preferred:

  • Exposure to GCP, Google Cloud Platform, especially where customer data, app data, or analytics integrations are involved
  • Understanding of BigQuery, data pipelines, event tracking, and CRM data integrations would be a plus
  • Ability to coordinate with data/engineering teams for event mapping, user attributes, and campaign tracking setup
