Job Description

  • Ensure timely and quality completion of consultancy projects, adhering to scope and timelines, to achieve high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Develop annual consultancy growth plans, focusing on internal budgets, revenue streams, and new business opportunities.
  • Identify and secure new consultancy clients through personal networks, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Cross-sell additional products and features by enhancing knowledge across all product lines to deepen client accounts.
  • Research and analyze service delivery ecosystems to propose new services, products, or features that add revenue streams.
  • Build and mentor a resourceful team aligned with the growth of consultancy business revenue.
  • Prepare comprehensive project closure reports, summarizing industry-specific learnings, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Maintain a robust knowledge base to identify problems, recognize patterns, suggest solutions, and advise marketing and sales on promising market segments.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Masters Degree (preferred) MBA (HR major preferred) Masters in HRM
  • Masters in Project Management (only with Bachelors degree with major in HR)
  • HR Certifications (preferably internationally recognized) desired
  • 15+ years of HR experience with at least 8 years of managerial/strategic roles in HR
  • HRBP experience a plus
  • HR professional with consultancy experience desired
