Audit Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage external audits from planning to completion.

• Supervise and review audit staff work; ensure compliance with IFRS & UAE regulations.

• Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting to Partners/Directors.

• Liaise with clients, provide audit insights, and recommend improvements.

• Mentor and train junior auditors.

• Prepare audit reports, assess risks, review internal controls, and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Qualification: CA / CPA (partly qualified minimum).

• Experience: 5+ years in external audit (Big 4 / mid-tier firm preferred).

• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, IFRS knowledge, strong analytical & client management skills, proactive leadership.
