Job Description

People is an international HR Services company operating in Pakistan and serving domestic and multi-national client organizations across all HR functions.

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist for our Head Office, Lahore.

Job Role and Duties: 

  • Handling day-to-day queries and troubleshooting.
  • Responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to end users.
  • Good knowledge of troubleshooting network and system issues.
  • Ability t handle Printers, Wi-Fi, IP Cameras, Windows & Software Installation.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting network and server-related issues.
  • Managing and monitoring Daily Backups.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software-related issues.
  • Setting up peripherals such as printers or routers.
  • Good knowledge and working experience at the helpdesks provide onsite and remote support to remote users with computer and network-related issues.

Qualifications and Skills:
 

  • BS/MS in Computer Science.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of LCCNA, and MCSA certification will be given preference.
  • Good in verbal & written communication skills.
