JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • GREET AND WELCOME VISITORS WITH A WARM AND FRIENDLY DEMEANOR.
    • MANAGE INCOMING CALLS, EMAILS, AND INQUIRIES, DIRECTING THEM TO THE APPROPRIATE DEPARTMENTS.
    • MAINTAIN A CLEAN AND ORGANIZED RECEPTION AND OFFICE AREA.
    • COORDINATE VISITOR ACCESS WHENEVER REQUIRED.
    • ASSIST WITH ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS, SUCH AS SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS AND MANAGING MEETING ROOMS ETC.,
    • HANDLE MAIL AND DELIVERIES EFFICIENTLY.
    • PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO COLLEAGUES WITH VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

  • MASTER OR BACHELORS IN (MARKETING, BUSINESS, IT) OR ANY OTHER

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 TO 4 YEARS AT LEAST IN THE RELEVANT INDUSTRY
  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE AS A FRONT DESK OFFICER, RECEPTIONIST, OR IN A SIMILAR CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE.
