  • This position is responsible for providing HR consulting to the GSB group and its clients.
  • Manage and oversee the HR consultancy services offered to clients by the company
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for HR-related matters
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation on HR strategies, policies, and best practices
  • Conduct thorough HR needs assessments for clients and develop customized solutions to meet their specific requirements
  • Assist clients in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Offer expertise on compensation and benefits planning, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Stay updated with HR trends and changes in employment laws to provide accurate and current advice to clients
  • Collaborate with the internal HR team to share best practices and enhance the overall HR service offerings of the company
  • Monitor client satisfaction, address any concerns, and continuously seek opportunities to improve the HR consultancy services.

Educational Qualification:

Master in HR from a reputed institution with minimum CGPA of 3.0

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of HR consulting experience with a well reputed HR Consultancy.
