Overview:
The Senior Consultant – Managed Services (Technical) is responsible for the technical ownership of customer environments under managed service contracts. This role requires strong hands-on expertise, the ability to engage directly with clients, and accountability for service quality, stability, and continual improvement.
Key Responsibilities (Summary)
Act as primary technical contact for managed services clients; participate in client meetings and service reviews.

Translate business needs into technical solutions and provide guidance on upgrades and risk mitigation.

Own operational health of client environments; resolve complex incidents and escalations per ITSM & SLAs.

Design, implement, and support on-prem, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures.

Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.

Review and approve technical changes; support major incident management.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous service improvement and documentation.
Required Skills

Strong experience in Managed Services / IT Consulting.

Expertise in Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO.

Hands-on Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.

Solid networking, security fundamentals, and ITSM tools knowledge.
Desirable
-
Hybrid cloud, PowerShell/automation, security (MFA, Conditional Access), ITIL exposure.
Experience & Qualifications

5–8+ years IT experience; 3+ years in Managed Services/Consulting.

Client-facing experience required; certifications are a plus
