JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • DIAGNOSE AND TROUBLESHOOT TECHNICAL ISSUES ON VARIOUS INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS I.E., SECURITY EQUIPMENT, MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT ETC.
  • PROVIDE ON-SITE AND REMOTE TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO CLIENTS.
  • COLLABORATE WITH THE TECHNICAL TEAM TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS.
  • CONDUCT REGULAR MAINTENANCE AND UPDATES ON EQUIPMENT.
  • DELIVER COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING TO CLIENTS ON SYSTEM OPERATIONS.
  • ENSURE TIMELY RESOLUTION OF SERVICE REQUESTS AND EXCEED CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

  • BE IN ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 TO 4 YEARS AT LEAST IN THE RELEVANT INDUSTRY
  • FAMILIARITY WITH [SPECIFIC TECHNOLOGIES, SOFTWARE, OR EQUIPMENT RELEVANT TO YOUR INDUSTRY].
