Commercial Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit and maintain agents across multiple product lines
• Execute online/offline campaigns to support agent growth
• Promote via ads, content marketing, forums, and social platforms
• Engage streamers and KOLs as potential agents
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with agents

Job Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in agent recruitment or similar fields
• Knowledge of recruitment and promotional channels
• Existing agent/customer resources preferred
• Strong communication and self-motivation
