Electric & Instrument Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

• Area in-charge Maintenance
• Responsible for Trouble shooting and preventive maintenance of low voltage Panels, MV Panels, Gen sets BTDs, LV & MV Motors and Oil type Transformers
• Responsible for Trouble shooting and preventive maintenance of ACB, MCCB, Relays, Analyzers, PLCs, Magnetic contactors, VFDs
• Responsible for Trouble shooting and preventive maintenance of CT, PT, RTD, Thermocouples, Pneumatic Control valves, PG, Pressure, temperature and level transmitters, Level gauges, PRV, PSV, Proximity Switches
• Responsible for Trouble shooting and preventive maintenance Weighing Scales, Pull rope & deviation switches
• Responsible for Trouble shooting and preventive maintenance of Fiber optic patch panels, networking, network switches and racks, RG45 connectors and CAT6 cabling.
•  Have good acquaintances with SCADA System, PLC programing, vibration monitoring and networking system
• Responsible for the routine testing and calibration of the sensors, relay, RTD & Thermocouple, pneumatic and control valves, Motors winding, solenoid valves, Temperature controllers, Pressure gauges, Pressure transmitters, proximity switches, Fire alarm system, HVAC control system.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.E/BSC ( Electrical & E & I)
• 6 to 7 years of relevant experience
