We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for niche domains. This role involves executive-level talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and ensuring seamless recruitment delivery while maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive and niche roles.

Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.

Maintain and update ATS records and dashboards.

Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews, documentation, and onboarding.

Represent the company brand while engaging with candidates.

Support special hiring projects within defined SLAs and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills

BBA/MBA in HR (or related field).

2 to 4 years recruitment experience (Executive Search/HR Outsourcing/Tech preferred).

Proficient in ATS, HRMS/ERP tools, job portals, and MS Office.

Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
