As a Senior Recruitment Executive at People Perfect Worldwide, you will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and placing top-tier talent across multiple industries. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build strong candidate pipelines, and collaborate closely with clients to fulfill hiring needs effectively and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Identify and attract top talent using various sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
- Draft and negotiate job offers, ensuring alignment with company or client policies.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the employer brand.
Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and analytics for internal and client
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or multi-industry environment.
- Proven track record of filling mid-to-senior level roles across various sectors (FMCG, Banking, IT, Telecom, Hospitality, etc.).
- Strong understanding of sourcing tools, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
