We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for niche domains. This role involves executive-level talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and ensuring seamless recruitment delivery while maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive and niche roles.

  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.

  • Maintain and update ATS records and dashboards.

  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews, documentation, and onboarding.

  • Represent the company brand while engaging with candidates.

  • Support special hiring projects within defined SLAs and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • BBA/MBA in HR (or related field).

  • 2 to 4 years recruitment experience (Executive Search/HR Outsourcing/Tech preferred).

  • Proficient in ATS, HRMS/ERP tools, job portals, and MS Office.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
