Job Description

  • Answer and direct calls professionally; maintain accurate call and transfer logs
  • Ensure all communication systems are operational; screen and route calls effectively
  • Greet visitors courteously; manage inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary
  • Keep the front desk manned and the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Maintain and update promotional materials and signage weekly
  • Follow the daily checklist for cleanliness and supply readiness
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail accurately per SOPs; manage In & Out Registers
  • Complete all assigned tasks and special projects within set deadlines

Qualification & Experience 

  • BBA/MBA 
  • 2-4 years of experience (2 years of relevant experience ) 
  • Communication proficiency 
  • Data Entry & record keeping 
  • Problem-solving attitude 
  • Ms Word / Ms Excel 
  • Microsoft Outlook 
  • Team Work
