About the job Head of Marketing

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for owning the brand, driving demand generation, and positioning the company as a market leader. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth through integrated marketing strategies, and elevating brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and vision.
  • Build and manage a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team (digital, content, product, communications, etc.).
  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital, offline, content, PR, events, and partnerships.
  • Own the brand strategy and ensure consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
  • Drive demand generation and support sales through effective inbound/outbound strategies.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning to refine strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget, resource planning, and vendor/agency relationships.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing activities, using data to optimise results and justify investment.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership to align marketing with overall business objectives.
  • Represent the brand at conferences, industry events, and in media when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8-10+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 35 years in a senior leadership or head-of-marketing role.
  • Proven experience in building and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and performance marketing.
  • Experience managing teams, agencies, and large-scale campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
