JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
  • Support employee relations efforts by addressing employee questions, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
  • Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics and trends to support decision-making processes
  • Assist with payroll processing and other HR administrative tasks as needed

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have 6 + years in the relevant industry
