Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence through effective SEO strategies, GEO/local search optimization, and social media management. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with industry tools, and the ability to drive measurable growth across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic
  • Drive GEO/local search optimization and manage Google Business Profile
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
  • Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, landing pages, and blogs
  • Manage social media calendars, content planning, captions, and scheduling
  • Track and analyze SEO, website, and social media KPIs to drive performance improvements
  • Coordinate with developers and content teams for SEO implementation (WordPress/Shopify)
  • Monitor site health, indexing, crawling issues using Search Console and related tools
  • Maintain brand consistency across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X)
  • Recommend strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and content effectiveness

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing are a plus
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable growth outcomes
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, digital marketing, and social media management
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, GEO/local SEO, and content optimization
  • Experience in agency, startup, or tech-driven environments preferred

Technical Skills

  • Tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
  • CMS Platforms: WordPress, Shopify
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, reporting, and analytics
