We are hiring for one of our telecom clients, a well-established organization delivering large-scale transmission networks, seeking an experienced professional to support microwave transmission planning and optimization activities.
Job Description
- Hands-on experience with transmission planning tools (Pathloss / iRiver)
- Ability to plan, design, and optimise transmission networks, including MW link level planning, radio frequency planning, capacity & topology planning, and interference analysis
- Ability to evaluate the existing network for capacity expansion
- Ability to verify technical site surveys and line-of-sight surveys
- To communicate with customers and to propose a suitable solution based on requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Telecom Equipment RTN900/300 series and full outdoor equipment
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Microwave Transmission Planning
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics, and Computer Science.
