Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to lead the companys online presence and brand visibility in Pakistans solar energy and industrial market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a strong digital footprint, managing social media accounts, executing marketing campaigns, generating inbound leads, and coordinating online-to-offline marketing initiatives. This role requires a proactive, data-driven, and strategic approach to enhance brand engagement and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media plan aligned with business objectives.

  • Manage official accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

  • Create engaging, professional content (posts, videos, infographics) highlighting products, projects, and success stories.

  • Monitor engagement metrics and respond to customer messages or inquiries promptly.

2. Content Creation & Branding

  • Plan monthly content calendars including visuals, videos, and captions.

  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials.

  • Maintain a professional tone aligned with the industrial and energy sector positioning.

3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan and manage campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn to attract installers, distributors, and end users.

  • Track campaign performance, optimize budgets, and improve ROI.

  • Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and remarketing initiatives.

4. Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze audience insights, competitor activities, and market trends.

  • Generate monthly digital performance reports with actionable recommendations.

  • Support offline marketing with digital materials (brochures, videos, banners).

5. Coordination with Sales & Field Teams

  • Align online marketing campaigns with on-ground sales and field marketing activities.

  • Provide digital leads and coordinate follow-ups with the sales department.

  • Support event planning, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Administration.

  • Knowledge of battery energy storage systems is a must.

  • Proactive, creative, and data-driven mindset.

  • Experience with Facebook Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, CapCut, Meta Pixel, and SEO tools.

  • Strong English writing, visual communication, and content creation skills.
