Job Description :


  • Maintain and manage the office and plant IT infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, desktops, servers, and printers.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage user accounts, system access, data backups, and basic cybersecurity measures.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for internet services, domain management, and cloud-related solutions.
  • Provide technical support for ERP systems, ensuring user issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Assist with social media management from an IT support perspective (access, tools, connectivity, etc.).
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT-related requests and maintain proper documentation of IT activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BCS / MCS / Diploma in IT

  • Relevant certifications, such as MCSA or CCNA.

  • 2- 3 years of experience  in a related industry or similar IT support role preferred
