Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Network Operations Executive to ensure smooth execution and compliance of all network change operations. The role involves monitoring, reporting, and maintaining quality standards across network activities in a 24/7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure process optimization for smooth delivery of network change operations
• Monitor and maintain quality assurance of KPIs related to change management
• Enforce rules, regulations, and compliance standards across operations
• Monitor, verify, and generate reports for all change activities
• Identify and document network security cases for awareness and improvement
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for non-compliance cases
• Track and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans
• Work in a 24/7 shift rotation (duty roster) to ensure continuous operations

Required Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to prepare analytical reports and dashboards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecom / Electrical / IT / Computer Science
• Experience in network operations, change management, or telecom environment preferred
