Quality Assurance Manager

People is looking for Quality Assurance Manager,who will be the guardian of our manufacturing excellence. Will lead THE QA/QC strategies while ensuring our systems meet the highest global standards for compliance and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standards & Compliance: Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO certifications and other global packaging standards.
• Quality Auditing: Execute rigorous internal and external Quality Management Audits to ensure 100% compliance across all manufacturing processes.
• Process Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end quality of printing and packaging materials, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising Makson's signature quality.
• Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize SAP/ERP and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) to track quality KPIs, analyze defect trends, and provide actionable insights for business growth.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to optimize workflows and maintain seamless supply security for top-tier global clients.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in Quality Assurance/Management, specifically within packaging, printing, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Technical Education: Minimum DAE in Printing and Graphic Arts; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management is highly preferred.
• Certification Expertise: Proven track record in managing ISO Certification lifecycles and conducting professional Quality Audits.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems is required; expertise in BI tools is a significant asset.
• Mindset: A passion for innovation, a "continuous improvement" attitude, and the ability to lead a high-performance QA team.
