We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources function, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance, employee-centric culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement preferably within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Streamline HR operations and processes for greater efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing to support organizational efficiency.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits strategy in line with market trends and internal equity.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company HR policies.
  • Manage performance management systems (PMS) to drive productivity and growth.
  • Design and implement employee engagement and cultural development initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters.
  • Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.


Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA/BBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is highly desirable.
