About Us

We are a growing IT Services company providing end-to-end technology solutions, including IT consulting, managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and staffing support. To expand our footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager who will drive growth in the US, Canadian, and European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate new markets in US, Canadian, and European markets.
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Build Relationships: Proactively connect with prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce our products/services.
  • Drive Growth: Schedule introductory meetings and help establish strong partnerships.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Delivery, Recruitment, Operations, and Management) to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain and expand a strong pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and conferences (virtually and/or in-person).
  • Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development/Sales in the IT Services industry.
  • Strong network and knowledge of IT markets in US, Canada, and Europe.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and generate consistent revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with IT consulting, managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, or staffing solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in US/European time zones when required.

KPIs / Performance Targets

  • Client Acquisition:
    • Minimum 23 new clients per month.
    • Target 200 new clients in the first year across the US, Canada, and Europe.
  • Revenue Growth:
    • Generate $20K $30K monthly revenue.
    • Achieve $250K $300K  annual revenue in the first year.
  • Pipeline Development:
    • Maintain a pipeline worth 3x the quarterly sales target.
    • Retention & Growth:
    • Ensure 80% client retention rate.
    • Identify at least 2 upselling/cross-selling opportunities per client.
